The Speaker of Kosovo, Kadri Veseli, met with representatives of the Belgium Parliament, Siegrfried Bracke and Dirk van der Maelen, respectively Speaker of the Chamber of Representatives and Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee.
The conversation focused on the European agenda of Kosovo, especially on the need to take a decision within this year regarding the visa liberalization of Kosovo citizens.
Veseli confirmed once again that Kosovo has fulfilled the criteria and that citizens deserve to move freely in the Schengen area, same as other Europeans.
Veseli underlined the need of reinforcing the cooperation between Kosovo and Belgium in all areas, especially the economy.
