Belgrade officials and Serbian media tend to portray the security situation of Kosovo Serbs as very dangerous.
The Gracanica Police Commander, Bratislav Trajkovic, declared in an interview for “Indeksionline” that the situation in Gracanica is calm.
“There is no reason for concern among citizens. I cannot comment media declarations, but the situation in Gracanica is safe, for every citizen”, he said.
Lieutenant Trajkovic says that besides some small incidents, such as graffiti or similar provocations, there have been no other serious incidents.
