The EU mediator for the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Robert
Cooper, received the confirmation of the respective delegations for
their readiness to continue the dialogue.
The news was announced by Maja Kocijancic, the Spokesperson of the head of EU Foreign Policy, Catherine Ashton.
However, the Spokesperson declared that Cooper has not set the date for the next round, although they have taken guarantees by Prishtina and Belgrade for continuing the dialogue.
She added that Brussels has consulted both parties during the last weeks, which are reviewing the implementation of the agreements that have been reached so far.
The dialogue between Prishtina and Belgrade was interrupted due to the crisis that erupted in north, after the Kosovo Government undertook the operation for taking the border checkpoints under control.
