The Political stalemate in Kosovo may take longer, as the leader of the
LDK, Isa Mustafa, told Top Channel that his party will note vote Kadri
Veseli as Parliament Speaker.

Mustafa doesn’t see any coalition with the Democratic Party of Kosovo, but he said there will be cooperation with the Self-Determination Movement.

“We will see the government program and other matters that we had promised in front of the international community, especially as regards the visa liberalization and the border demarkation with Montenegro. Veseli will not be voted by my party. We should better propose a consensual MP”, Mustafa said.

When asked if there could be early elections in Kosovo, the LDK leader thinks that it should be avoided.

“Early elections don’t help us. We need maximal efforts to constitute our institutions, which will be stable”, Mustafa said.
