The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, confirmed the discharging of the Serbian Minister, Alexandar Jablanovic.

“Jablanovic is no more part of the government cabinet”, Mustafa declared, without explaining with what motivation was discharged the Minister for Return and Communities.

However, Top Channel has learned that Mustafa’s decision has not been signed yet. He has only announced the decision, while he doesn’t have the support of the Serbian List.

Mustafa Negotiated with Jablanovic on a voluntary resignation, but he refused. There are voices that the Serbian List might leave the coalition.

The Prime Minister mentioned the delicate issue of the Trepca Enterprise: “We do not discuss our assets with others. The law for communes has nothing to do with Trepca, but with the other projects. We will take no decision for Trepca without consulting the citizens”, Mustafa declared.

As for the other issues used by protesters in their manifestations, Mustafa declared that these are inherited problems that require time.

“We had various strikes and protests recently. I must say that we cannot afford increasing salaries yet. We need 130 million EUR in the budget, which we don’t have”, Mustafa declared.

He added that the Kosovo salaries are not lower than the other countries of the region, but higher than the average of Balkan, especially in the education and the health system.
