The President of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga, held a meeting this Monday
with the leaders of the opposition to discuss the political stalemate.
The meeting was called by the President, after the leaders of the Self-Determination Movement, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and Nisma met with the Albanian Parliament Speaker, Ilir Meta.
But even in this meeting, the opposition reiterated their stance and handed over their request to cancel the agreements with Serbia and free the opposition MPs arrested last month.
The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Haradinaj, declared that the government of Kosovo has only three ways to leave this situation: “…canceling the agreement with Serbia; if not, referendum; if not, early elections”.
President Jahjaga made no declaration for the media.
