The Parliamentary Investigative Commission, which is established for the case of the Turkish teachers who were arrested by the Kosovo police and extradited to Turkey, on request of the Turkish government, which accused them of being involved with Gulen and the coup, has been postponed to Monday due to a disagreement between the MPs of the majority and opposition.
The Self-Determination Movement MP, Sami Kurteshi, said that the majority is trying to hamper the work of the Investigative Commission.
“The majority show that they are not interested to carry out a parliamentary investigation”, he said.
Today’s meeting was about to start with the declaration of a police officer, in presence of the media. But the members of the opposition demanded that it should be held behind closed doors.
The members of the Self-Determination Movement said that the meeting should be open for the media.
