Kosovo voted for new mayors in 38 communes.
The process was calm, with a low turnout, while the first results are expected in the upcoming hours.
A bus was stopped in Jarinja, caught bringing voters from Serbia. Police inspected the bus and found two grenades, which were deactivated.
