Kosovo Former Chief Administrator passes away

The former chief administrator of Kosovo, Harri Holker, passed away in
Finland at 74 years of age. He is remembered as a man who was highly
committed for peace and diplomacy.
During 2000, Holker served as President of the UN General Assembly. He served for more than 1 year in Kosovo, from March 2003 to May 2004, when he left for health reasons.
When Holker was on duty in Kosovo the March 2004 turmoil took place and lef 19 dead, having UN criticized for not managing the situation properly.
