Ballot recount in more than 440 stations in Kosovo has changed the result in 14 communes.
There have been five changes for the AAK, 3 for the PDK, 2 for the LDK and 2 for the Self-Determination Movement.
The result of the Istog commune has changed after counting the conditioned ballots and the ballots that were sent by post.
LDK candidate Haki Rugova was leading with 671 votes against Gani Dreshaj of the AAk, but now Dreshaj leads with 30 votes.
LDK leader Isa Mustafa said that the process in Istog is manipulated and that those responsible will face justice.
