The institutions of Albania and Kosovo have made steps ahead with the cooperation for EU accession.
The countries have implemented the 2014 agreement for a joint translation of the EU legislation, with the purpose to fulfill the Eu criteria.
The study from civil society members from both countries is being seen as good institutional cooperation.
Since 2013, Albania received the green light from the European Commission for the candidate status, but there was no similar will from the European Council.
The civil society is looking to create other workgroups with the purpose to keep making appeals to the Eu countries.
Kosovo, on the other hand, is waiting for the EU candidate status, part of the Stabilization Association Agreement, while Albania is hoping for a positive decision this October for the EU accession negotiations.
