Representatives from Belgrade and Prishtina had a confrontation at the extraordinary meeting of the Security Council for Kosovo.
Serbia was represented this time by President Tomislav Nikolic, who was not happy with Prishtina’s effort to build an army.
The Kosovo Ambassador to the USA, Vlora Citaku, said that Prishtina will not discuss it with Serbia or with any other country matters about their armed forces.
