The Kosovo Prosecution said the Self-Determination MP, Albin Kurti, was
taken under custody for questioning by order of the Prosecution.
The Prosecution is investigating the Parliament Members who caused general danger by usage of weapons.
According to the Prosecution, Kurti was questioned in presence of his defense lawyer and was released.
The Prosecution says the investigations for the tear gas are undergoing.
