100.000 is the first fund that both Albanian governments will give for Presheva this Saturday in Prizren.

The fund will be used for the construction of a maternity hospital in the valley of Albanian majority in Serbia, but for the Albanian Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati, the symbolic of this action is more important than the fund itself.

“The novelty is on the fact that our governments are sitting for the first time together to discuss some issues that are on the mutual interest of the Albanian and Kosovan ciizens, such as the declaration of strategic partnership and how our countries support each other for the NATO and EU accession”, Bushati declared.

Rama and Thaci will also discuss about trade exchanges, one of the biggest problem that both governments have had during these years.

“The three priorities in this meeting are the ease of trade procedures, a new transportation corridor and cooperation in the EU integration”, Bushati declared.

The Minister says that the meeting is considered as a novelty, but it is in fact very common in the region. After Kosovo, a similar step will be taken with other governments in the region, there were Albanians are present.

The Minister also denied the news about Albania closing embassies in the Balkan region, considering it pure speculation.
