20 minutes after his rival, the candidate of the Democratic Party for
Tirana, Halim Kosova, arrived to cast his vote together with his wife,
Elsa.
They waited their turns to vote and declared:
“This is a good day for Tirana. I invite all citizens to respect standards and use their power to make democracy work through massive votes. These are not political elections, but for the management of the city. Citizens know what is the best”, Kosova declared after the voting.
