The Croatian Prime Minister, Jadranka Kosor declared that no Balkan
country should ask the permission of Belgrade to visit Kosovo.

This declaration came after the declarations of the Serbian President, Boris Tadic, who expressed his stance against Kosor’s visit in Pristina.

“The Croatian people and the Prime Ministers of Croatia will not ask advices or permissions from Belgrade for doing anything. Those times have ended, fortunately”, Kosor declared.

“Some politicians in Croatia and Serbia have not understood the reality not even 20 years after Croatia’s independence”, the Croatian Prime Minister added.

The official Belgrade considered the declaration of Kosor as anti-European, when she declared that Croatia is Kosovo’s biggest friend in the region.
