The elimination of hospital wastes in Korce will not be performed in open areas.
With the construction of the autoclave at the Korce Regional Hospital, the environment pollution caused by the burning of hospital wastes in open areas has come to an end.
This autoclave will enable the elimination of some substances that are several times more dangerous than urban wastes.
This investment will also take care of the wastes of other Korce Distric hospitals, even from private clinics.
