Kokalari: If EU abandons the Balkans, China, Russia and Saudi Arabia will fill the gap

Arba Kokalari the Swedish MP of Albanian origin, reacted to the refusal of France to open the EU accession negotiations with Albania and Northern Macedonia.

She also warned that if the EU is not present in the region, Turkey, Russia, and Saudi Arabia will be there to fill the gap.

“We need a united Europe from East to West”, she said.
