Hektor Balili says there is no arrest order against his brother, Klement
Balili. Everything published by the media, according to Balili, is part
of political games.
Hektor says Klement not only has not left the country, but he continues his life normally.
“Klement has always been here. He traveled to Tirana today to withdraw some documents. There is no arrest order for him. It is just a political game”, he said.
