Kir River floods

After two rounds of registrations, only half of fist year quotas in Albanian universities have been filled 12/10 21:22
The recent heavy rains have caused floods around the Kir riverbed. The
water has covered the road of Bleran village, in Bardhaj, Shkoder,
putting in danger not only the road, but also the homes around.
The residents blame the state structures which have allowed excavations near the river and never took protective measures for this area. 50 residences could be in danger.
Concerning is the fact that the Kir River could reach the high tension poles in the area where waters are destroying everything.
