Humid walls, damaged power lines, ugly toilets… this was the image of Kindergarten 35 in Kombinat.
Besides the ugly conditions, another problem was the overpopulation of classes, since the building was too small to keep all of the children.
But the situation has changed within six months, thanks to the donators who responded to the appeal of the Tirana Municipality “Adopt a kindergarten”.
The new building was reconstructed in record time, at the Hamdi Cenoymeri road. The children now have not only optimal and modern conditions, but also a playground and emergency staircases, which mark another reached standard.
The kindergarten now also offers a psychiatrist and a doctor who monitors the physical activities of children.
