Another official of the Road Authority is arrested as responsible for
the Kavaja incident, where two children were killed in a car crash.
The Kavaja Prosecution issued an arrest order for Leke Tushaj, Director of Quality and Security at the Kavaja Road.
The Prosecution says Tushaj is under investigation for power abuse. Two other officials were arrested today for the same charges, the Legal Director and the Regional Director of this institution.
