The return of the “Justice Revenge” case seems that will have other
delays. The Supreme Court, which should review this issue after the
Constitutional Court decision, is unable to create the judge panel made
of five members.
Judges cast lots and one member was chosen, who has apparently been part of this case years ago, so he cannot take it once again.
In these conditions, the Supreme Court would be unable to start reviewing the Justice Revenge case. It is currently postponed for the next weeks, with the hope that lots will change another member that can be part of it.
