Justice Reform Commission stalemate unblocked

The Parliamentary Commission for Justice Reform started operating after three weeks of interruption.

The Democratic Party returned to the talks after the Parliament approved two requests for implementing the Constitution, establishing the investigative commission for CEZ and for allowing the Constitutional Court to interpret the validity of the mandates of two MPs.

The fulfilling of these conditions returns the opposition not only to the Justice Commission, but also to the other Parliamentary Commissions, ending this way the conditioned relations with the Parliament.
