The Minister of Justice, Nasip Naco, is attending an official visit in
Netherlands, where he met with his counterpart, Ivo Opselten.
In a joint declaration for the media, both Prime Ministers valued the reforms started by the Albanian government in general, especially those in the judiciary. Naco expressed his determination to push these reforms forward, which he said will speak the language of Brussels.
Minister Ivo Opselten valued the progress reached in Albania and the new government’s ambition for the new reforms. He added that this path will bring its results in the fight against crime and corruption, as two concerning phenomena in our country.
During this visit, Naco held a meeting with President of the Supreme Court, saying that fight against corruption in Albania will start from the judiciary. He also attended a meeting with the Head of the Parliamentary Commission for Justice and Security.
