The Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, declared that he has no dilemma
about the justice reform. It should be done and the many problems of the
justice system need to be fixed.

“No more delays through fictive medical reports. Judges are feeling like this is about their last day at work. There are tendencies of confusion in the daily work of the judiciary. On behalf of the future, we are selling injustices to the citizens. These are unacceptable for our republic. Everyone must do his job. No one should be scared of the reform. The work must go on”, Manjani said.

The President of the Supreme Court, Xhezair Zaganjori, appealed all actors involved in the justice reform to find consensus, since an effective system is a basic indicator for investors.

During the Judicial Conference for appointing two new members of the HCJ, Zaganjori  appealed every actor involved to follow the spirit of the Venice Commission, find consensus, and reach the european objectives. Our moral obligation is to focus our entire attention on the justice reform.
