Justice Minister: “Budget 2018 supports new Vetting Institutions”

Justice Minister Etilda Gjonaj said that the Budget 2018 supports the judiciary reform by taking into consideration the new Vetting institutions.

“The financial package supports the creation and functionality of the High Justice Inspectorate, considering inspectors and infrastructure that will be needed during 2018 when it will start operating”, Gjonaj said.

“It also guarantees the High Council of Prosecution and the High Council of Judiciary, the specialized anti-corruption structures, the Special Prosecution Against Corruption, Special Prosecution and Courts of two levels. It supports the IT platform and the installing of the trial management system”, the Minister declared.
