Judiciary reform, Parliament didn’t get votes for High Councils of Judiciary and Prosecution

As expected, the candidates for the High Councils of the Judiciary and Prosecution who don’t come from the judiciary and prosecution systems were not voted by two-thirds of the Parliament.
The list for the High Council of the Judiciary received 69 votes in favour, 26 against and one abstaining.
The list for the High Council of the Prosecution received 72 in favour and 26 against.
Based on the law, the ad hoc commission must approve the second list to pass it to the Parliament in a plenary session.
During this session, the Parliament also approved to submit to the agenda the draft law for building the Vlora Airport.
