Judiciary Reform, citizens provide complaints about suspicious verdicts, but not facts

09/01/2018 16:53

The Independent Commission of Qualification, an institution established as part of the judiciary reform, says they have received 364 complaints so far regarding court verdicts.

The complaints were sent by citizens, but the Commission keeps clarifying that their mission is not to review court decisions.

“Our mission is not to review court decisions, but to collect facts regarding corruptive acts”, the Commission declared.

According to the Commission, citizens are not providing them with facts, but only register their claims that the verdict is unjust and corruptive.
