“Judiciary, Lazarat of all Albania”

“One thing that is not changing is the justice system. We will not close
our eyes, We will keep seeing what our justice system is doing. It is a
national disaster that in most of the cases we are dealing with
criminals who have been released and who possess instruments that can do
damage by even taking people’s lives, and the reason for this is only
because they have been able to corrupt judges who have nothing in common
with their profession, their mission and the joint effort of the
society, and the need that every family has to find security for their
sons and daughters”, Rama declared.

The Prime Minister compared Lazarat with the Albanian judiciary, saying that another Lazarat is spread through the entire territory, with an impunity that they have guaranteed to themselves, and this is the judiciary system. This is the real Lazarat, and the most dangerous Lazarat that damages the economy, the society and the life of our people. Same as it is necessary that the small Lazarat should be placed under the rule of law, it is even more important to destroy the big Lazarat, which was spread everywhere without planting cannabis, but by releasing criminals that the police has worked hard to bring to justice, and make them go away from this country that they have taken hostage”.

“The umbrella of independence, turned into a defense mechanism, will not stop us from destroying corruption in the judiciary. We must complete the battle that is requested not only by the Albanian people, but also by our international partners, in order to remove this cast of corrupted judges and prosecutors who get rich by taking people’s lives, in cooperation with criminals. I guarantee you that we are working hard on this and the offensive will not stop until Albania is under the control of everyone”, Rama declared.

The government leader released these comments during the presentation of the National Green Line and the application “Report and Save”, the most recent initiative of the Interior Ministry in the fight against human traffic.

“We are determined to remove Albania from the list of countries that are monitored by the United States State Department for this kind of traffic”, Rama declared.
