Three members of the Constitutional Court and three Judges from the
Supreme Court had their visas revoked by the US Embassy a few days ago.

These are the Constitutional Court Judges Vitore Tusha, Besnik Imeraj and Gani Dizdari. The three of them voted against the Vetting Law recently.

Judges from the Supreme Court who had their visas revoked are Mirela Fana, Artan Broci and Shkelzen Selimi.

The list of judges also includes the Appeal Judge and wife of late Azem hajdari, Fatmira Hajdari, and the Tirana Court Judge, Artan Lazaj.

The list of Prosecutors is led by the Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla and his wife; the Decriminalization Sector Chief, Rovena Gashi, and her husband, Dritan Gina.

Sources say that the Head of the Shkoder Task Force is also considered unwanted, Saimir Bahiti, together with Prosecutor Elfrida Bregova and the Tirana Chief Prosecutor, Petrit Fusha.

The list is even longer, according to sources. It includes dozens of prosecutors and judges, a list that Top Channel has obtained, but it has not been confirmed yet by more than one source.

We know for sure that the list of judges and prosecutors whose visas were revoked, even permanently banned, is longer than this.

Some of them were elected as members of the Justice Appointments Commission, but after the international monitoring mission, their cases will be the first ones to be vetted. If any wrongdoings will be proven, they may be permanently removed from the Justice System.
