After further verifications made by the Vetting Law, the Durres Court of Appeal Judge, Besim Trezhnjeva, was discharged from his duty.
The Judge couldn’t justify his wealth, but the decision of the Independent Commission of Qualification is nto final. Lawyers can oppose it at the second degree, which is the Special Commission of Appeal.
Trezhnjeva is the second Judge who fails at the at the Vetting Law.
