The Shkoder Court of Appeal left in effect the verdict of the First
Instance, sentencing Shtjefen Lleshi to three years in prison over
passive corruption.
Pellumb Prenci and other officials of the Puka Court were reported by Top Channel’s investigative program, “Fiks Fare”.
“Fiks Fare” report the case of a fraud scheme, involving several people, who wanted to take money from a Fushe-Arrez person in order to reduce the sentence of their sons, who were arrested in a protest.
Prosecutor Prenci is also under investigation.
