Judge Metaliaj abandoned panel after sued by Municipality

The Municipality of Tirana filed a criminal lawsuit against judge
Enkelejda Metaliaj Softa. She is a member of the judge panel that will
review the five 17-store apartment buildings at the Artificial Lake.

The judge was sued for conflict of interest. A few hours after the lawsuit, Mrs.Softa has resigned from the panel.

The Tirana Municipality has filed another lawsuit against judge Arjan Qafa, who also withdrew and was replaced by Kastriot Selita.
