Suspended judge, Majlinda Andrea, faced the Supreme Court today, where
her lawyer, Theodhori Sollaku, asked for her to return on her duty.
The defensive lawyers claimed the surveillance carried out against her was illegal, without permit from the Court.
The Prosecution General concluded an investigation for the Supreme Court Judge, and was charged with passive corruption. Her husband is on trial for the same crime, who is still on the run.
Two other collaborators are held in prison, after the investigations showed that the Judge’s husband received 50.000 EUR in exchange of a favorable verdict.
