The “Die Fledermaus” operetta will be on Tirana’s “Palace of Congresses” in Albanian language, transmitting bigger emotions to the public through the work of author Johan Strauss.
“This play has engaged our singers more than any other play. They sing, dance and act through dialogue”, said Zana Cela.
It is now a tradition throughout the world that a celebrity is invited during the second act of the operetta.
It was announced that the guest of honour would be the internationally renowned Albanian soprano, Saimir Pirgu, but the artist announced that he had to cancel due to acute bronchitis.
Die Fledermaus will be on from March 31st to April 3rd at the Palace of Congresses.
