The judicial process for January 21st has entered the hearing phase for
the Prosecution witnesses. But only one of the 10 that were summoned for
the process was present in the room. The Prosecution asked the help of
the police for the nine others.
The only witness, Artes Dybeli, summoned by the Prosecution, declared that he received two bullets in the throat and one in the shoulder, while he was walking on the sidewalk on the other side of the Prime Minister’s office.
Dybeli declared that he was not protesting in the demonstration, but he was seeing from afar what was going on. He added that he was on sidewalk, not on a higher place, which means that those were not warning bullets shot in the air.
With this witness, the Prosecution wants to prove that the National Guard has shot towards the crowd and some of the bullets wounded even curious bystanders. Dybeli declared that he was shot a few seconds after the Prime Ministry’s door was hit by a Mercedes Benz. Dybeli declared that he didn’t know the defendant and could not tell who of them shot him.
