This Thursday at the Parliament of Albania, the Interior Minister,
Saimir Tahiri, reported the opposition leader, Lulzim Basha, at the
Prosecution over the orders Basha gave on January 21st as Minister of
Interior, and accused him of falsifying the National Guard register.
Top Channel has secured the pages of the register, which are the evidence the Internal Matters Service at the Interior Ministry used to raise charges against Basha, currently the opposition leader.
Two pages of the National Guard Register seem modified even through a naked eye. The National Guard Operator has received an order by the Interior Minister, Lulzim Basha, at 16:28: “Communicate with the general to have a helicopter throw “lacrimogenous” substances on the protesters at the Pyramid”.
The Interior Service suspects that the “lacrimogenous” used to be “homogenous”, and it seems corrected in the document.
Another page says “No shooting without implementing the law against demonstrators”.
Even in this document there seems to be a correction. The Interior Service suspects the original phrase was “no shooting without order”, and then it has been added “against demonstrators without implementing the law”.
It is visible that there is an intervention on the document, and they are the only ones that have been changed.
