The three brothers of Hekuran Deda, who was killed on January 21st in
front of the Prime Ministry received a 250.000 ALL fine from the Tirana
Court after they were sued by National Guard soldier Fatos Skeja, over
slander.
The Deda Brothers accused Skeja of trying to bribe them with money and favors in exchange of a Prime Minister’s visit at their house, under the cameras.
Deda declared that they had been promised to receive the photo of the killer if they would receive the Prime Minister at their home, and for this they sued Skeja.
But before this case could be investigated, the National Guard soldier sued the brothers over slander, and the court fined them with 250.000 ALL.
