The Italian Court had given an 8-hour permission for good conduct, but the
Albanian inmate in Italy, Alban Begolli, exploited it for escaping from
the Psychiatric Hospital in Reggio Emilia. He had been in
prison since 1995 for killing his rival in the prostitution traffic. The
police are searching in the entire nation by using the security camera
footages.

This is not the first escape for Alban Begolli. In 1995 he escaped from San Vittore Prison, in Milan. Together with another Albanian inmate, he had opened a hole in the wall with forks and nice, from where they climbed down.

Although they were immediately caught, this episode showed the prison security problems. 16 years from this episode, Begolli was able to escape again, this time using a permission issued by the judge.
