Top Channel has secured the full report of an Italian businessman, Vincenco Rizzi, who accused form MP Eduardo Ndocaj of fraud.

“In 2016, I got to know the Albanian citizen Eduard Ndocaj through my Italian colleague, Ambrogio Pozzi. He was introduced as an Albanian MP who was looking for an enterprise that installs gas pipes. After this presentation I kept meeting Ndocaj, who promised that the Albanian government has 50 to 80 km of pipes to install. He was speaking on behalf of the government. Two weeks later he demanded me a gift in exchange of this offer, which is the Audu Q7 that I gave him to use”, Ricci said.

Ricci reports that the MP was speaking on behalf of the Albanian government.

“I have given 78.000 EUR to Ndocaj, without including 8000 EUR of fines for excessive speed in Italy. He said that to receive this tender, a government representative wanted 50.000 EUR. He requested 25.000 EUR immediately and the rest when the agreement would be done. I gave him 25.000 EUR at that moment and 25.000 others two weeks later. I kept asking him when I was going to win the tender, but he kept bringing up justifications. Within 3 months he has received the other 28.000 EUR as well”, the Italian reports.

Ndocaj will be tried for fraud, while on Tuesday he denied all accusations and posted a photo on social networks, showing him traveling to Italy. Ndocaj’s lawyer reacted by saying that his client had been verified by the police, but he was never detained.
