The Albanian-Israeli Business Forum was held today in Tel Aviv, with the
participation of Deputy Prime Minister Niko Peleshi and the Minister of
Agriculture, Edmond Panariti.
The second person in charge of the Albanian government declared that the Israeli will bring their experience in our country for managing and resolving the water issues.
“We have received full readiness from the Israeli side to support us with expertise and partnership schemes between the public and the private sector, focusing on the water issues”, Peleshi declared.
“This is not only for the tap water, but also the irrigation issues, the water of rivers and lakes. The Albanian public must know that Albania competely depends on water, but it is badly managed. We have decided to start with a master plan for managing waters, for which we have received support from the Israeli side”, Peleshi declared.
