At the Lushnja polyclinic doctors report an increase in citizens experiencing fear and anxiety during isolation.

“Social distancing has changed our lives, so the new habits are affecting the peoples’ mental health,” says neurologist Ramazan Doka.

Doctors also report visits from people who have not previously had mental health problems. In one day it may happen that 70 percent of patients come in with concerns that have arisen only in recent weeks.

The advice given by the doctor is that each of us should take care of ourselves and their family by organizing relaxing activities at home. Gymnastics is also recommended during the quarantine period, in addition to reading books and watching movies.
