Ismail Morina, the man who is detained in Croatia after an arrest order issued by Serbia, for flying “Greater Albania” symbols attached to a drone over Belgrade’s stadium during the Serbia-Albania match, may have found a way to avoid extradition.

Top Channel has learned that Morina was moved to Italy, where he will continue his trial for freedom.

It seems that this is the solution that his Croatian lawyer has been able to find, after his request for asylum was rejected in Croatia.

Morina has been a legal resident of Italy for many years, together with his family, as his wife is Italian.

He was detained in Zagreb from June 10th, 2017. He may soon face freedom after moving to Italy.
