Officers from the Serious Crimes Prosecution are investigating the works at the third segment, the Cereneci Bllata Bridge, the Vasha Bridge and Tunnels t4, t5, t6.
Unofficial sources told Top Channel’s journalist, Anila Hoxha, that today’s investigations were initiated due to the lawsuits and reports made between former Road Authority Director, Sonila Qato, and a company that filed a report against the former Director.
Confidential sources confirm that Qato has reported Gjoka Construction at the Serious Crime, claiming that the company has falsified the documents for the Kardhiq-Delvina road.
Gjoka Construction, on the other hand, has filed another lawsuit, claiming that they were disqualified because the Director wanted to favor another company, and the inspectors on the Arber Road had only taken a walk, without doing their job.
The lawsuit of the company has forced the construction works to stop in some areas.
