Investigative Commission for HCJ

The Parliament voted with 76 votes in favor the establishing of the
Parliamentary Investigative Commission for the request of 39 MPs to
discharge the Vice Chairman of the High Council of Justice, Elvis Cefa,
and member Lulzim Lelcaj.

The Commission has nine members. The majority will be from the Socialist Party, led by MP Armand Subashi. The other members will be Taulant Balla, Spartak Braho, Ulci Manja and Besnik Bare.

In one month, the Commission will verify the 10 violations that the majority claims were done by the two HCJ members.
