The Investigative Commission for police recruitments and replacements,
decided in this Parliamentary session the regulation and the
investigation plan. Both parties passed all points with consensus, and
discussed only for the administration of the crime figures in our
country.
The Democratic Party Parliament Member, Oerd Bylykbashi, declared that this is within the object of the investigation. The vice chairman of the Commission, Taulant Balla, considered it as a prejudice, although they gave the consensus for this point.
“It is obligatory because it is a powerful instrument of the majority’s control over the opposition, according to the Court. All the data that are considered important for recuritments in the police and that are related with the public order must pass through this commission”, Bylykbashi declared.
“He has forgotten elements that compromise the document, Some of it says that they haven’t been applied at any case, and the expert doesn’t continue the explanation. I am very calm as representative of the majority, because these replacements have brought a higher efficiency. I consider this as very important. If you want to consider it differently, this is your problem”, Balla declared.
The opposition asked for additional information from SHISH and the SHKB, which for the Socialists was considered outside the investigation object.
