Interior Minister Xhafaj: “Unjustified violence. No one above the law”

The Albanian Interior Minister, Fatmir Xhafaj, held a press release after today’s protest at the Nation’s Road, which ended up with violence and protesters burning down the toll booths placed by the concessionary.

Xhafaj condemned the violence used by protesters and said that the aggressors will receive the appropriate punishment.

The Interior Minister also appealed local authorities of Kukes to distance themselves from the violence and cooperate to bring back normality.
