“Tirana has the highest average, 81.710 ALL, while Elbasan and Vlore have the lowest, 55.670 and 51.190”, the Director said.
Compared to one year ago, spending of families had increased with 1.9%, but this doesn’t mean Albanians have consumed more.
“This is also due to higher prices. Inflation increase and spending are almost the same”.
Half of family budget is used for food, according to INSTAT, and this year it is 5% higher than in 2014.
