The Ministry of Education has published the violations found at the
International Higher Education School. This institution has violated 16
out of 37 criteria, by holding unlicensed education programs.

“The school has offered studies for a scientific master. The verifications showed that for the academic year 2012-2013, 22 students in total have graduated from this program. From 2013 to 2014 there have been three students. But we cannot find the registers for the 22 students”, declared Plarent Ndreca, General Secretary of the Ministry of Education.

This higher education school, according to Ndreca, has issued diplomas without being accredited.

“The institution has issued diplomas before the accrediting process. It results that the program has graduated students by violating the law, which says that every higher education institution has to undergo the accrediting procedure before issuing diplomas”, Ndreca said.

Another violation of this school is the lack of appropriate staff.

“They don’t have the minimal academic staff, which is seven. They don’t have even three of these members with a scientific grade”, Ndreca declared.

This higher education institution, according to Ndreca, has not declared correctly the tuition fees, and the teaching was conducted in an illegal building.
